Spread Eagle singer Ray West Falls ill

Sad news I received today of an old friend Ray West (Spread Eagle).

Ray is living with his mom just outside of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and he is dying

of H.I.V/ A.I.D.S . I photographed Spread Eagle many years ago and became friends with them right off the bat. I photographed them many times, went in the studio when they record and shot press photos for the band. Ray was always more of a friend than just a Star. We hung out alot and he just made great music. This is a guy who put 100% energy into his performance. Ray you have many fans out here. May God be with you. We will all say a prayer for you
